About Us
We are a local, family owned, business based in Houston, Texas. We are owned and operated by husband and wife couple, Shane and Megan Young. Shane functions as the company's CEO (Chief Experimentation Officer) and Megan holds the position of CFO (Chief Flavor Officer). Together, with their years of culinary knowledge, they have brought about a unique line of products that blend traditional concepts of flavor with bold and unique ideas that allow for vast experimentation and culinary fusions.
We are both Houston natives, born and raised on the Southwest side of Houston. Our passion for the culinary arts, specifically flavor, prompted us to travel the world and sample the best food we could find. We have combined elements of our foodie based travels together with some of our own family recipes, and stirred in a little bit of experimentation and food science to create a truly unique product that you won't find anywhere else. Every product we sell may look like everyone else on the surface......but we pride ourselves on offering unique twists on traditional flavors. Whether it is incorporating elements of food science into elevating your BBQ. Or changing the way that we view, and use, ingredients to develop flavors that will have you coming back for more. We are constantly experimenting with new flavors combinations and new twists on traditional flavor profiles. So keep checking in often. We strive to release new seasonings, sauces, and marinades as we continue to perfect them.
